Howdy! My name is Josh and I have been skating for a little over 10 years now. I grew up and started skating here in the Santa Clarita Valley when I was 13 years old. I have seen this valley go through two skateparks and an entire generation of new skaters and have been thrilled to be here every step of the way. As a skater my mentality towards the sport has gone through several small evolutions. What used to be based in competition between my peers and a hunger to be better has slowly been replaced by pure joy and love of skateboarding. Every time my feet touch my skateboard I get a smile on my face, it has always been the one thing I could go to that gave me an unparalleled sense of freedom. With this opportunity before me I am granted a chance to spark the same passion in others. It would be my pleasure to bring something that has been such a source of happiness to me to as many people as I can.
