Eric has always loved helping children and taking them under his wing ever since he was a little kid. Even for all of the years Eric has been skating you would always find him helping the kids and growing with the community. He is kind, compassionate, caring, attentive, and adaptable. When challenged with failure, he would never give up. He took his defeats and made them a success. No matter how big or small he would show the world that he is winning. He would show everyone that it is okay to fail, that getting back up again is the strongest thing you can do, and the reward of self appreciation is something you do not do just for yourself, but for the impact it has on others and watching them succeed with you. He would be a great teacher because his reward is succeeding with you, his community.
