Austin started skating around 8 years old. As soon as he stepped on a board he couldn’t stop. Literally. The kid actually ran into a curb. But from then on, Austin only stopped skating for 2 years in between now and then. His little brother is 3 years younger than him and his main skate accomplice. “We teach each other new tricks all the time, so I would say I have experience teaching as well as learning”, he said. Also, along with his little brother, Austin was fortunate enough to come across a sponsor (Viewless Apparel), it was a huge accomplishment for him, and a monumental point. Besides the life experience and discipline that is engraved in the roots of skating, there can now be a future in it. He hopes he can give some kids what he’s got as far as teaching capabilities. No, he can’t make your kid a professional because he isn’t a pro; however, he has taught the basics countless times.
