Welcome all skaters,

My name is Scott Francis. I am 24 years old from the Bay Area California. I first started skating around 7 years old, after I saw an older kid do an ollie to 50-50 on a concrete ledge. The moment I saw that, I knew I wanted to join in on the magic. I’ve been skating on and off for the past 15 years and my passion for the art is forever increasing.
What I like to emphasize and teach in my lessons is board control and a stable ollie. Once you have become comfortable cruising around on the board and popping controlled ollies, a lot of options start to open up. After those two fundamentals are secured, we can move on to grinding ledges, ollieing banks, and more.
I can teach you how to kickflip, pop shuv it, 180, 360, no comply, tre flip, pop shuv it-rewind, heel flip, backside flip, big spin, ollie north, ollie south, boneless and even some of my made-up tricks.
On quarter pipes I can teach you how to drop in, kick turn, rock to fakie, rock and roll, axle stall, 50-50, fakie smith, smith, fakie rock and roll, pop tart, pop tart revert, axle revert, and more.
The possibilities of skateboarding are endless and each person has their own idea of what tricks are fun for them. I want to help people become the skaters they wish to be and so with all my students I promise to be open to ideas, relaxed, and as helpful as possible.
Having Fun is what I’m all about and I never want to make a student feel pressured, or uncomfortable. I promise I will be lighthearted and easy-going, while providing the best lessons I can give. Thank You for your time and I look forward to skating with you. _Scott

Charles has taught many people how to longboard. Students have commented on his gentle yet thorough teaching style. Charles only teaches how to longboard-- no trick skating. He could teach beginning basics and give the students a solid foundation in which to start.

Born and raised in Burnsville, Isak is an energetic and positive instructor. Isak specializes in mini-ramps and bowls. He’s been skating for over ten years, so he certainly knows the ropes. During the day, Isak is a law student at the University of Minnesota, but that doesn’t stop him from ripping up the park on evenings and weekends. If you or your child is just starting out, Isak can teach you the fundamentals of pushing, stance, carving, and transitions—ollies too! Learning to ride can be challenging, but with Isak it can be fun as well.
