Walshville is a village in Montgomery County, Illinois, United States. The population was 89 at the 2000 census.
Walshville is located at 39°4′13″N 89°37′6″W / 39.07028°N 89.61833°W / 39.07028; -89.61833 (39.070360, -89.618313).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.3 square miles (0.78 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 89 people, 28 households, and 23 families residing in the village. The population density was 348.1 people per square mile (132.2/km²). There were 29 housing units at an average density of 113.4 per square mile (43.1/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 100.00% White.
There were 28 households out of which 53.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.9% were married couples living together, 10.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.3% were non-families. 10.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age…

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data uncovered that there were 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a skateboard in the previous year were under the age of 18, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the ensuing years the skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the developed generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
