Sweet Water is an American rock band from Seattle, Washington.
Originally known as S.G.M., the band’s members met while students at The Bush School. The band lineup changed in 1990, and included Rich Credo, Adam Czeisler, Cole Peterson, Dudley Taft and Paul Uhlir. Garnering acclaim for their debut Ter, the band was subsequently signed in 1992 by Jason Flom of Atlantic Records and released a self-titled album, Sweet Water produced by Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Dashboard Confessional, Lit, Pearl Jam) and mixed by Tim Palmer (Mother Love Bone, Pearl Jam, Tin Machine, Robert Plant.) The band were then signed to Elektra Records subsidiary East-West, and they recorded a follow-up record Superfriends with Dave Jerden (Alice in Chains, Jane’s Addiction) producing. Jerden returned to produce Suicide for Tom Zutaut of EMI imprint The Enclave. Suicide was eventually released in conjunction with Good-Ink records in 1999.

Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from customized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a leisure activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data uncovered that there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of 18, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the ensuing years the physical locations of skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Sweet Water skate park.
