Rittman is a city in Medina and Wayne Counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. The city is in Wayne County, although a small portion of the city is located in Medina County. The population was 6,314 at the 2000 census. Rittman is served by a branch of the Wayne County Public Library.
Rittman is located at 40°58′24″N 81°47′4″W / 40.97333°N 81.78444°W / 40.97333; -81.78444 (40.973376, -81.784416).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 6.2 square miles (16.2 km²), of which, 6.0 square miles (15.6 km²) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.5 km²) of it (3.37%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 6,314 people, 2,424 households, and 1,711 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,046.9 people per square mile (404.3/km²). There were 2,518 housing units at an average density of 417.5 per square mile (161.2/km²). Be taught all of the basics of skateboarding quickly in a one-week camp. We will teach you the principles of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. In spite, of where you are at.. you can benefit from individualized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a leisure activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled who had used a skateboard in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the skate parks tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are becoming a reality.

The biggest change has been the generation bubble that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation activity for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Rittman skate park.
