Rex is a major recurring character from the ITV science fiction cult series Primeval.
Coelurosauravus are roughly iguana-sized lizard-like diapsid reptiles native to the Permian period. It has specialized wing-like structures allowing it to glide. These were rod-like structures with skin stretched over them; this feature is unique to this genus. The average length of the specimens were 30 cm (although Rex is portrayed as roughly twice this size) and the body was long and flat, suitable for its gliding nature.
Rex is the first creature seen in the series. He is discovered in the Forest of Dean by a young boy, Ben, who contacts the zoo where Abby Maitland is working. When she arrives at the boy’s home he suggests he may be the modern gliding lizard Draco volans, but Abby discredits this theory, saying the child may have discovered a new species.

A 2023 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a skateboard in the previous year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the physical locations of skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.

The largest change has been the developed generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
