Reeves is a village in Allen Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 209 at the 2000 census.
Robert L. Frye, the Republican candidate for state education superintendent in 1972, began his educational career at Reeves High School in the late 1940s.
Reeves is located at 30°31′14″N 93°2′49″W / 30.52056°N 93.04694°W / 30.52056; -93.04694 (30.520543, -93.046888).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.4 square miles (6.2 km²), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 209 people, 82 households, and 57 families residing in the village. The population density was 86.9 inhabitants per square mile (33.6/km²). There were 91 housing units at an average density of 37.8 per square mile (14.6/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 97.61% White, 0.96% African American, 0.96% from other races, and 0.48% from two or more races.

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2023 survey and study by American Sports Data found there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the previous year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the ensuing years the skate parks tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the developed generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
