Newman is a recurring character on the television show Seinfeld, played by Wayne Knight from 1991 until the show’s finale in 1998.
Newman lived in apartment 5F, which was directly down the hall from Jerry’s apartment, 5A. However, there were many inconsistencies regarding who lived in 5E. In the Season 9 episode “The Strong Box”, long after Newman’s character was established, another man, named Phil, is seen entering 5E.
Newman was created as a counterpart to the Jerry character, though the reason for their animosity is never revealed. Seinfeld once described Newman as Lex Luthor to his Superman. Knight has described him as “pure evil,” as did Jerry (in the episode “The Big Salad”):
Newman’s role is primarily as a villain/enemy to Jerry and a collaborator in Kramer’s elaborate and bizarre schemes. We will show you the principles of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Irrespective, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data found there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a skateboard in the previous year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the following years the actual locations of skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are becoming a reality.

The largest change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

 

 

How to Start:

 

 

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Newman skate park.
