Navarino is a town in Shawano County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 422 at the 2000 census. The census-designated place of Navarino is located in the town. Navarino was also known as Galesburg as part of the Town of Navarino or Navarino Township.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 35.7 square miles (92.6 km²), of which, 35.2 square miles (91.3 km²) of it is land and 0.5 square miles (1.3 km²) of it (1.40%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 422 people, 177 households, and 121 families residing in the town. The population density was 12.0 people per square mile (4.6/km²). There were 195 housing units at an average density of 5.5 per square mile (2.1/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.10% White, 0.24% Native American, 0.95% Asian, and 0.71% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.24% of the population.

Is the fear of falling keeping you from progressing? Be taught all of the basics of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will teach you the principles of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from individualized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a leisure activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a skateboard in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the ensuing years the skate parks tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The most significant change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a participation sport or art for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
