Madison Lake is a city in Blue Earth County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,017 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Mankato–North Mankato Metropolitan Statistical Area.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km), all of it land.
Minnesota State Highway 60 serves as a main route in the community. U.S. Route 14 is nearby.
As of the census of 2000, there were 837 people, 319 households, and 223 families residing in the city. A 2007 estimate shows the population has grown to 990. The population density was 1,794.4 people per square mile (687.6/km²). There were 370 housing units at an average density of 793.2 per square mile (304.0/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 98.21% White, 0.60% African American, 0.48% Native American, 0.36% Asian, and 0.36% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.27% of the population.

A 2023 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered that there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the ensuing years the physical locations of skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation activity for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
