Lindenwood is an unincorporated community in Ogle County, Illinois, and is located north of Rochelle, along the banks of the Kilbuck Creek.
Lindenwood is located in Ogle County at latitude 42.053 and longitude -89.031, at an elevation of 771 feet, and is in the Central time zone (GMT -6).
As of the census of 2000, there were 505 people among 192 households in the village. The racial makeup of the city was 97.0% White, 0.20% African American, 1.2% from other races, and 1.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race are 3.0% of the population.
There were 192 households out of which 36.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.7% were married couples living together, 5.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.5% were non-families. 19.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. Learn all of the fundamentals of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will show you the principles of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. In spite, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2023 report by American Sports Data uncovered that there were 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a board in the last year were under the age of 18, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the ensuing years the locations of skate parks tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation activity for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

How to Start:

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Lindenwood skate park.
