Leakesville is a town located along the Chickasawhay River in Greene County, Mississippi, United States located around the junction of route 57 and route 63. As of the 2000 census, the town population was 1,026. It is the county seat of Greene County.
Leakesville is located at 31°9′14″N 88°33′21″W / 31.15389°N 88.55583°W / 31.15389; -88.55583 (31.153957, -88.555921).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km), of which, 1.6 square miles (4.1 km) of it is land and 0.63% is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,026 people, 390 households, and 262 families residing in the town. The population density was 647.9 people per square mile (250.7/km²). There were 463 housing units at an average density of 292.4 per square mile (113.1/km²). Discover all of the basics of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will show you the basics of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your current skill level.

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2023 report by American Sports Data found that there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a board in the previous year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the locations of skate parks tripled making it more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

How you can start skateboard lessons?

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Leakesville skate park.
