Davisboro is a city in Washington County, Georgia, United States. The population was 1,544 at the 2000 census.
Davisboro is located at 32°58′48″N 82°36′32″W / 32.98°N 82.60889°W / 32.98; -82.60889 (32.980128, -82.608892).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.0 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,544 people, 140 households, and 102 families residing in the city. The population density was 505.0 people per square mile (194.8/km²). There were 158 housing units at an average density of 51.7 per square mile (19.9/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 36.79% White, 61.33% African American, 0.45% Native American, 0.19% Asian, 0.06% from other races, and 1.17% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.10% of the population.

A 2023 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the ensuing years the skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.

The largest change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
