Davidson is a town in south central Saskatchewan, Canada. It is located 104 km southeast of Saskatoon beside provincial highway 11. It is located almost exactly halfway between Saskatoon and Regina and was a popular stopping-off point for travellers before Hwy. 11 was rerouted east of the town.
More than eighty years ago, Andrew Davidson, an enthusiastic entrepreneur from Glencoe Ontario, came to Saskatchewan in hopes of creating a ‘midway’ settlement between the cities of Regina and Saskatoon. With agriculture as one of his driving passions, Davidson settled in an area where the soil was particularly suitable for grain farming. With the support and cooperation of other settlers in the area, Davidson organized a train route that traveled from Chicago to Saskatoon; making one stop in Davidson on the way by. Discover Skateboarding in a Week-Long Lesson

Skateboarding is a leisure activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2023 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered that there are 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the coming years the skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are becoming a reality.

The most significant change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation activity for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

Do you want to learn skateboarding?

Study all of the basic principles of skateboarding quickly in a one-week camp. We will teach you the basics of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. In spite, of where you are at.. you can benefit from customized instruction to meet your current skill level.

How to Start:

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Davidson skate park.
