Cashion is a town in Kingfisher and Logan counties in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The Logan County portion of Cashion is part of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 635 at the 2000 census.
Cashion is located at 35°48′0″N 97°40′38″W / 35.8°N 97.67722°W / 35.8; -97.67722 (35.800002, -97.677178).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km²), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 635 people, 238 households, and 177 families residing in the town. The population density was 578.7 people per square mile (222.9/km²). There were 262 housing units at an average density of 238.8 per square mile (92.0/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 95.28% White, 0.16% African American, 1.73% Native American, 0.16% from other races, and 2.68% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.09% of the population.

We will show you the principles of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Irrespective, of where you are at.. you can benefit from customized instruction to meet your skill level.

A 2002 report by American Sports Data found that there are 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a skateboard in the last year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the locations of skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the developed generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

How to Start:

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Cashion skate park.
