Capron is a town in Southampton County, Virginia, United States. The population was 167 at the 2000 census.
Capron is located at 36°42′39″N 77°12′6″W / 36.71083°N 77.20167°W / 36.71083; -77.20167 (36.710770, -77.201726).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 167 people, 72 households, and 45 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,036.0 people per square mile (403.0/km²). There were 79 housing units at an average density of 490.1 per square mile (190.6/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 72.46% White and 27.54% African American.

Be taught all of the fundamentals of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will teach you the basics of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. A 2023 survey and study by American Sports Data found that there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a board in the previous year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.

The most significant change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

How to Start:

Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.

Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Capron skate park.
