Amoret is a city in Bates County, Missouri, United States. The population was 211 at the 2000 census.
Amoret is located at 38°15′16″N 94°35′15″W / 38.25444°N 94.5875°W / 38.25444; -94.5875 (38.254393, -94.587371).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 211 people, 81 households, and 52 families residing in the city. The population density was 980.2 people per square mile (370.3/km²). There were 95 housing units at an average density of 441.3 per square mile (166.7/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 98.10% White, and 1.90% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.95% of the population.

Is the fear of falling keeping you from progressing? Study all of the fundamentals of skateboarding quickly in a one-week camp. We will teach you the basics of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Irrespective, of where you are at.. you can benefit from customized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data discovered there are 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a skateboard in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the ensuing years the locations of skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are becoming a reality.

The biggest change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a participation sport or art for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Amoret skate park.
