Leander is a computer game for the Commodore Amiga developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Psygnosis in 1991. It was the first game to be developed by Traveller’s Tales.
Leander is likened to an earlier Psygnosis game Shadow of the Beast released in 1989. It was designed to run on the earliest Amigas with only 512KB of Chip RAM, such as the Amiga 1000 and A500, which pushed the then 6 years old OCS chipset to its limits.
The original version was developed on the Amiga, then it was converted by Philipp Wyatt for W.J.S Design on the Atari ST. A year later it was ported to the Sega Mega Drive as The Legend of Galahad and published by Electronics Arts.
The player assumes the role of the legendary knight Leander through three sprawling worlds, each composed of seven levels, to defeat an evil wizard and rescue a princess.
Leander collects coins throughout each level, with which he can purchase armour, potions and new swords in a shop which appears infrequently during the game. The…

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2023 report by American Sports Data discovered there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the coming years the skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the developed generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation activity for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
