Washington Terrace Park is located across from some apartment / townhouse buildings, and is just east of the Assi Plaza grocery store complex. While occupying 2.50 Acres of land. It features a BasketBall Court, Softball / Baseball Field, Football / Soccer Field, Picnic Area, Shelter, Parking, and a New Skate Park. It also has a playground. There is no park office at Washington Terrace Park.
