Old man inline skater Paul Kaiser goes from full rocker to front rocker only to see if it's more stable at the skate park. (It is.)

I recently found out I have a "meniscal tear" in my left knee, which is just a tear in the cartilage. I'll be doing some physical therapy to strengthen things around there, and the doc said I don't have to stop skating. I will say I'm not skating every single day, though.

In this video, I note a few areas for improvement:

1. When riding up the quarter pipe, I am beginning to turn too soon. I need to ride straight up, a bit further, then start the hop, and finally turn my head, shoulders will follow, and the rest of my body should turn after that.

2. I'm working on bending my knees further on landing jumps. I did better in this video, but need to bend further and not get lazy when I'm tiring.
