Sidney E. Frank Skate Park is a state-of-the-art facility located in Westchester County at 436 Fifth Ave. and Potter Ave. offering skateboarding and a variety of activities, including kids' kayaking, swimming, and adult softball. Located next to Flowers Park's parking, the skatepark provides ramps for tricks and is easily accessible by a nearby train station.
Built in 2005/2006, the skatepark features a 5' Mini-Ramp, ramps, pyramid, roll-in, launch, kicker, boxes, and a large flat behind the half pipe. Operating from 9 am to 6:30 pm every day, the park is rated a 5 for crowding and has associated fees. Participants are required to bring their skateboard, wear helmets, and complete a one-time registration form. Additional safety gear is recommended.
