Here are some clips of RL & Dylan's recent session at the Seaside Skatepark. This is the first time we have posted video of us riding at this spot, but we ride here pretty often now so expect to see a lot more of it in upcoming videos!

If you're a local I definitely recommend checking out Seaside Skatepark. It is a smaller park but has a lot of fun street style features.

Alright guys so we are riding at the seaside skatepark today, and r.l. and I we have actually been doing a lot of skatepark riding as of lately. just trying to get used to riding the park, different maneuvers and stuff like that. I'm trying to get used to doing the different Transitions and stuff since it is brand-new to me. And then I guess you could say RL is just getting back into riding shape and getting used to it.


So today we are just going to be riding the park for a little bit, it is kind of a small spot here in Seaside but it is really fun. Got some good stuff for grinding, good Ledges. There is kind of a quarter pipe / mini ramp over there with some coping. So today I'm going to be working on trying to land up on the coping and do like a peg stall / grind up there.


Kind of like what I was working on at the Depot the other day. I've gotten pretty close to getting on and then coming back down the last few times we were riding here so hopefully I can get that done and today is a video for you guys. And then RL what are you going to be working on today at the skate park? I'm going to try and do I think it is a Smith grind where you have you are back Peg on and your front tire on on that other part so it goes kind of that way.


The box type thing over there, the ledge. Yeah it's like a ledge and it drops a little bit and I might try that. I would like to try some peg Grind but it is so quick. Yeah right? All right so that is what we are going to be working on in today's video. Again we are here at the Seaside Park. Nice! A little bit. Oh that was good. Alright I am going to try a couple peg stalls I guess you'd call a peg stall, up on the quarter pipe. I'm going to hand it off to r.l. You want to get me doing a couple of the peg stalls. Yeah. Ahhh!


Too high on that one. You're too what? Too high. You were there. Yeah. For whatever reason my brain just keeps telling me not to put my side foot or my right foot on the pedal I just automatically want to plant it on the ground. I know but you are right there. Yeah. You've got like the perfect motion.


All right so RL wants to try and hop up to this ledge right here. First try, not bad. That's good for your first try right. That's the front wheel back Peg, real clean. Ohh that slides nice, smooth. I would say that's like a foot-and-a-half tall ledge. Yewww! Ahhh. Let me try that one more time. That was good recovery though, from the skate. Thank you.


Nice, how far were you trying to go? Down the hill there. Damn it! You got it. Ahhh So close! That was it for a sec. Yeah. I mean you're there. Smith. Yeah. Grinding the wall! Is there something else you wanted to work on? I want to make that. What? Where? You think I could make that? Going down it or up it. Up it. Oh yeah maybe. The Smith? I don't know what it's called.


That's the one wheel with 1 Peg right? Yeah. Well let's see you try at least. I hate falling in front of people. That's part of the deal. Alright so RL wants to, what do you call these things it's like a Street post that is bent over or whatever.


He's going to try and Smith that. Always reminds me of like one of those poles in a parking lot when it's been over after everyone has been riding it. Ohhh, Oh You are doing the ledge. Whatever. I thought you were doing this thing. No, that thing sticks. Yea that was nice, that was smooth. I didn't do it though. What do you mean? My foot was off. Oh.


You ready? Yes. Ohhhh. Heller! That was nice. That wasn't as hard as I thought. You were hopping up really high too. It's like you could land both Wheels on the ledge there. It runs good, when the wheel is off. yeah. will you get me hitting this light really quick? Yeah. Oh man you are going to go down that Hill huh? Almost. Yeah you are. Like land on the transition? Yeah. I'm going to try that.


Damn. A little more speed huh? Yeah. Oh there it was man. Oh yes yes. Damn it. Yeah that's it though. Oh yeah man that was good. Front wheel. That was good. Damn it. Let me get set up over here. Oh yeah that's perfect. So I think I need to learn how to land straight up and down because right now I'm like listening to my side so I just fall right over.
