Roseburg Skatepark
Roseburg was the surprise on this last road trip. It was a very good park and we hadn’t even heard of it before we left. So we got their and found a well spread out very smooth concrete park environment with good bowls and a good ledging system. It just opened this summer (2000). Again it’s nicely spread out and stays the beginners out of the way for the high speed experienced skaters.
From Interstate 5 take exit #125 and head west on N.W. Garden Valley Blvd. At the Fred Meyer take a left on Geotz and follow it behind Fred Meyer. It’s on your left.Stewart Park, NW Goetz St (1600 block). Behind Fred Meyers on Garden Valley Boulevard and the VA Hospital.
