The Michigan City Skatepark is a prefabricated Woodward Park just outside of the downtown area. It has a wide variety of obstacles and appeals primarily to BMX riders. Nevertheless it has a number of fun obstacles for skateboarding and is a great place to learn. It is also somewhat far away from other Northern Indiana and Chicago-area skatepark, making it the only option for many.

Took a trip to ride BMX at Michigan City Skatepark in Indiana, very windy. Had to settle for small tech BMX tricks since it was too sketchy boosting box jumps. Easy BMX tricks with a few more difficult tricks in the mix! These ramps were perfect, lots of unique features and big transfers.
