Long Beach Skatepark in Long Beach, New York, opened in 2015, spans 7,000 square feet, and is constructed with concrete. Situated near the Atlantic coastline, it offers scenic views and a serene setting for skating. Designed by Spohn Ranch, it was revamped after consulting local skateboarders for input.
The park features a large bowl, quarterpipe, London gap, corners, hubbas, ledges, banks, handrails, flat rails, and stairs. The layout includes a candy cane shape, with a large bowl at one end and a half-open bowl at the other, which can also be used as a mini-ramp. There's a street plaza area with various obstacles like stairs, handrails, ledges, flat rails, and a pyramid.
It operates from 7 am to 10 pm during Spring, Summer, and Fall, it's free to use and welcomes skateboards and in-line skates.
