Some Notable issues- The very smooth concrete is Smooth but is Cracking Due to the Changes in Weather. The Cracks Aren’t Bad Yet, But Will Only Get Worse. The very smooth concrete was Laid in October 2006, so There are Leaf Imprints Everywhere. Some of the Ramps have Bolts Coming Loose, Causing Edges and Seams to Loosen Up. Some of the Ramps are too Close Together. The skate park, All Together, has a Bad Flow. Not Many Line Possibilities. Nice Neighborhood, but the Neighbors are Very Quick to Call the Police. The Skatepark Gets Closed for Weeks at a Time Due to Disrespecting the Rules.
