Lake Cunningham Action Sports Park in California is insane. It is definitely a place to visit if you are local or planning a trip. It has so much to offer for dirt jump bike, full suspension bikes and even downhill bikes.
The facility is huge, it has dirt jumps of all sizes so you can start off on the smaller ones and work your way up in size as you get more confident. It also has a larger dirt jump section with wooden kickers and a mini slope style line with a whale tail. There is a beginner pump track and an advanced pump track, dual slalom, north shore, drop offs and the flood lit skatepark section which has a full pipe, bowls and a skate plaza. You definitely will not get bored here as there is something for everyone.
I started off in the skatepark riding the full pipe however we were told by some locals to ride the dirt jumps first before it got dark as they aren't flood lit so we quickly moved the session on. As we were pushed for time Tom went over to the bigger dirt jumps and I went on my own to the smaller ones which was terrifying as there was quite a few people up on the roll in and I was the only female making it intimidating however everyone was super friendly and I quickly overcame my fears and sent it. I managed to clear the table line of dirt jumps which was awesome. I then took you over to the pump tracks to show you a lap of them. I also show you a quick lap of the dual slalom track too. It then got dark which didn't matter because the skatepark section was flood lit so I done my best to ride some of those features. I am not much of a skatepark rider so I find this type of riding quite difficult but there were some really cool lines that I just went at my own pace around.

I went to this sick bike park in California and had an amazing MTB freeride session on my slopestyle bike and also landed a huge trick that I haven't done for ages, the dream!

This bike park is called Lake Cunningham Action Sports and is in the city of San Jose, California. The park has a huge skatepark and around the outside it has dirt jumps and dual slalom track and even a slopestyle line and drops, it really does have it all. The vibe was super friendly and mountain bikes are totally welcome which is really great! I was riding with Lukas Knopf and Marc Diekmann who are both mountain bike Youtuber's from Germany, they are also professional freeride bikers so they were awesome to ride with. I was using my Haibike dirtjump bike and the whole video was shot on GoPro HERO 7 black! I Also land a very technical trick in this video which I was super stoked about, what did you think about it?
