Issaquah Skatepark
We were very amped on our way to this park because it was recommended to us by Kevin M. The pwarmos might look very good but I’ve got to say I was very disappointed with the spot. Why you might ask? Well let me tell you about what you can expect if you go here… speed lines that lead you to a dinkie small 3 Ft. quarter pipe with ty coping, a steep pyramid with sharp angles on the bottom to kill your speed nicely and plenty of coping (for grinding) that grinds like a soggy piece of dog and sticks out too much but that’s just my feelings about the spot. Joe had a better time here than I did so if you were to ask him you would possibly hear a different story. He’d tell you about the bowled corners that are very quick and workable or maybe the metal edged ledge that for some reason grinds much better than the rest of the spot. Overall, I’ve seen worse but not what I was expecting so I was a small disappointed.
