Location: Situated between I-205 and the Willamette River, just off 99E. There is a giant shopping center that is just down the street by the Highway. The skateboard park is in the actual park next to the River.

Description: This is a park for all skill levels. Lots of nice banks. There is coping (for grinding) and some nice areas to practice your grinds and slides.

Setting: 5 Mi. south of Portland, within Clackamette Park. Alongside 99E bridge over Clackamas River, by I-205. Surrounded by commercial area far from residential neighborhood. Nearest resident is an apartment complex on the other end of Clackamas River. 125 users daily.
Personal Observation: In an ideal location. Not within a neighborhood. easy to access by public transportation with ample parking area. The noise of the skatepark doesn’t disturb other quiet park uses. Close to food and beverages for skaters.
