Skateboard Lessons by Tyler R. from Louisville, KY

A little about me is, Im 30 years old, I’m a father of 3, all boys. I’ve skated since I was about 12 and have taught myself everything I know and do about skateboarding. I’ve had a passion for skating ever since I could remember and I love helping others get into skateboarding and learning new tips and tricks.

I could be a really great coach/teacher for anyone of all ages and skill levels because I’m a very motivated person and have a certain way of motivating people to believe in their self and to not be afraid of trying new things. I’m very versatile in my approach to training a new skater as the longer I’m with each person I begin to learn their strengths and weaknesses/fears. The hardest part about learning new things is overcoming those fears and overpowering those weaknesses to grow stronger. I firmly believe that there is a level of respect and discipline gained by learning to skate as well as it is not consistently an easy sport to do.
