Twenty-three year old Joseph Rosas is an experienced, utterly passionate, and disciplined skateboarder from the strikingly beautiful state of Redlands, California. He originally began his skateboarding journey nearly ten years ago at the age of thirteen. Interestingly, he had been raised up around skateboarding because his father had also enjoyed practicing it. He encourages fighting for what you desire to become as a skateboarder, and doing it through God because nothing great comes easy and with God everything is possible.

Because of his Faith in Jesus Christ, Joseph is one that has the capability of being extremely calm and collected especially when under vasts amounts of pressure and discomfort, through this he completes whatever he is tasked. He will modestly attempt to convey gentleness, kindness, and patience in his teaching while he will Simultaneously teach in authoritive and assertive way. These characteristics are most necessary to blend in for best results in a program like this. Joseph’s aim is to teach at safe location, more specifically, a quiet and safe flat area – free from car or foot traffic. Joseph’s careful teaching is flexible for all levels and ages and he is gladly committed to keep the fun and excitement skateboarding extends.

Joseph has an excellent understanding of the physics of skateboarding in which it enables him to thoroughly explain foot placement, balance, and control. Skateboarding just like any other physical activity can also teach basic moral principles that he is able to comprehend and interpret. For example, “falling, get back up and keep on pushing”, this principle is a healthy life lesson to learn for anyone at any age and level from begginner to professional. This principle teaches us that no matter how hard the obstacle may be, we should continue to try our best to conquer whatever challenge that may stand in our way. We are warriors who never give up and always get up no matter how hard the fall. Joseph is completely willing to teach anyone who wants to learn his passion and he will do it with much joy!
