Dillon believes that he would be a good instructor because he loves working and teaching the next generation of extreme sport athletes. He already is at the park helping kids out so why not get paid for giving them and experience. He’s a person who loves working with new customers. He has been on retail his entire life so creating new connections with new customers comes naturally to him. He’s very grateful for the opportunity of even being selected as a possible candidate.
