First of all skateboarding is something that I have been doing since I was 14. Ever since the first time I stepped on a board and did an Ollie I couldn’t ever find myself getting off of it. Everywhere I went my skateboard would be with me and I’ve kept it that way ever since. When I first started I’ll admit it was some what complicated grasping the basics but the more determination and effort I put into it started to pay off. The way that I helped myself improve was I would go skate with friends around my age and skill set because it would give me more drive but not to mention it made me forget about how hard I was trying and focus more on the fun of the sport. All though it wasn’t too long until I realized that being around skateboarders that had more experience than myself made me learn fundamentals and tricks faster. I found myself progressing at a quicker rate because I was analyzing the stance plus foot placements of other skateboarders and then applying it to my own training. Skateboarding is all about commitment but never forget to have fun while doing it. This sport has givin me something in life that no other hobby or passion can offer. It has always been there for me as an outlet for my energy and any negativity in life. It has brought to me the most comfort when I’ve needed it whether it be having a solo sesh by myself or with my closest of friends. I am forever grateful for skateboarding and am proud to call myself a skateboarder. I have numerous videos on my YouTube account teaching from basics to advance tricks so being an i instructor and breaking down tricks step by step is nothing new to me. I want nothing more in this life than to connect my passion for this sport with the youth and other enthusiasts.
