Here’s a Recap of the Final Days of Love Park

As of yesterday, Love Park was officially closed for renovations. The prior five days skaters enjoyed bust-free skating at the iconic plaza. Redbull was on hand to document some of what went down and get an insider’s perspective on these final hours from Nocturnal Skateshop’s Jason Klotz. Have a look at this video and pour a little of your drink out for one of the greatest spots in the history of skateboarding.

In an Instagram post, Jim Kenney, the mayor of Philadelphia, wrote that skaters would be able to session the park without hassle until February 15, when it officially closes for $16.5 million worth of renovations.
