Whiteface is a fictional comic book supervillain in Marvel Comics. Created by Daniel Way and Steve Dillon, he was first introduced in Supreme Power: Nighthawk. He is the first supervillain to appear in the Supreme Power universe that does not have any superhuman abilities. Loosely based on DC Comics’s the Joker, he is the first major antagonist to face Nighthawk (a character based on DC’s Batman).
Steven Binst, originally a pharmacist in a small town in southern Illinois, was convicted of poisoning a mother and her children by giving them a toxin disguised as prescription medicine. While the police initially assumed a murder/suicide, a clerk from the pharmacy came forward to identify Binst as having given the family the pills. During the FBI’s investigation, it found a laboratory with a large stockpile of the toxin, which he was apparently testing before widescale use; the FBI and the courts were unable to elicit an explanation from Binst for his actions. Learn all of the basics of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will show you the basics of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Irrespective, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 report by American Sports Data uncovered that there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the last year were under the age of 18, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The most significant change has been the developed generation bubble that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

How to Start:

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Whiteface skate park.
