Trempealeau is a village in Trempealeau County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 1,529 at the 2010 census. The village is located within the Town of Trempealeau.
Trempealeau is located at 44°0′24″N 91°26′4″W / 44.00667°N 91.43444°W / 44.00667; -91.43444 (44.006906, -91.434572).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.3 square miles (3.3 km²), of which, 1.2 square miles (3.1 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.2 km²) of it (6.25%) is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 1,529 people, 593 households, and 367 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,095.4 people per square mile (424.4/km²). There were 622 housing units at an average density of 516.6 per square mile (200.1/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.26% White, 0.23% Black or African American, 0.68% Native American, 0.08% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 0.23% from other races, and 0.45% from two or more races. 0.61% of the…

Be taught all of the basics of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will show you the principles of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your current skill level.

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data discovered there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a skateboard in the previous year were under the age of 18, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the actual locations of skate parks tripled making it more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the developed generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation activity for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Trempealeau skate park.
