Tolland Green Historic District is a historic district that includes the town green, Tolland Green, of the New England town of Tolland, Connecticut. The green is a long and narrow strip of land oriented in a north-south direction. The district includes the green and the surrounding properties. The historic district contains 55 contributing buildings and one other site, and is located primarily along Merrow Road (Route 195) from just south of Cider Mill Road in the south, past the Tolland Green, then widening in the north to encompass both Tolland Stage Road (Route 74) and the street known as Tolland Green to roughly Dunn Hill Road.
Around the Green are several 18th and 19th century houses, and civic and religious buildings. Route 195 serves as the west boundary while the street known as Tolland Green serves as the east boundary. Route 74 goes through from east to west cutting the Green into two halves.

Is the fear of falling keeping you from progressing? Be taught all of the basics of skateboarding quickly in a one-week camp. We will show you the basics of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Irrespective, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your skill level.

A 2002 report by American Sports Data found that there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a board in the last year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation activity for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
