Sand Creek is a town in Dunn County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 586 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Sand Creek lies within the town, on the Red Cedar River.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.2 square miles (93.6 km²), of which, 35.8 square miles (92.6 km²) of it is land and 0.4 square miles (1.0 km²) of it (1.11%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 586 people, 230 households, and 161 families residing in the town. The population density was 16.4 people per square mile (6.3/km²). There were 244 housing units at an average density of 6.8 per square mile (2.6/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.63% White, 0.17% Native American, 0.51% Asian, and 0.68% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.17% of the population.

We will show you the principles of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data found there are 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled who had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the skate parks tripled making it more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Sand Creek skate park.
