Pence is a town in Iron County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 198 at the 2000 census. The census-designated place of Pence is located in the town. The unincorporated community of Germania is also located in the town.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.1 square miles (93.5 km²), of which, 32.2 square miles (83.3 km²) of it is land and 3.9 square miles (10.2 km²) of it (10.91%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 198 people, 84 households, and 57 families residing in the town. The population density was 6.2 people per square mile (2.4/km²). There were 136 housing units at an average density of 4.2 per square mile (1.6/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 97.47% White, 0.51% Asian, 0.51% from other races, and 1.52% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.52% of the population.
