The North Bay is a subregion of the San Francisco Bay Area, in California, United States. The largest city is Santa Rosa. It is by far the least populous and least urbanized part of the Bay Area. It consists of Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties.
The North Bay is connected to San Francisco by the Golden Gate Bridge and to the East Bay by the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge (usually called either the Richmond Bridge or San Rafael Bridge), and the Carquinez Bridge, which crosses the San Pablo Bay between Benicia and Martinez. Several ferry routes operate between the North Bay and San Francisco, from terminals located in Sausalito, Tiburon, Larkspur, and Angel Island. Commuter rail service from Fairfield to Sacramento and Oakland is provided by Amtrak on its Capitol Corridor (Amtrak) line.
Plans for the development of the Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit, a fourteen station commuter rail line from Larkspur to Cloverdale were approved by voters in November 2008.

Skateboarding is a leisure activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 report by American Sports Data uncovered there are 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the coming years the skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.

The largest change has been the developed generation bubble that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
