Moreauville is a village in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 922 at the 2000 census.
Moreauville is located at 31°2′20″N 91°58′34″W / 31.03889°N 91.97611°W / 31.03889; -91.97611 (31.038998, -91.976067).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 3.0 square miles (7.8 km²), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 922 people, 373 households, and 243 families residing in the village. The population density was 304.5 inhabitants per square mile (117.5/km²). There were 412 housing units at an average density of 136.1 per square mile (52.5/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 61.17% White, 35.68% African American, 1.74% Native American, 0.65% from other races, and 0.76% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.54% of the population.

A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the ensuing years the skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the developed generation bubble that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
