Marionville is a city in Lawrence County, Missouri, United States. The population was 2,113 at the 2000 census. On March 12, 2006, a tornado hit the town, destroying houses and killing two people. It was rated as an F3.
Marionville is located at 37°0′1″N 93°38′17″W / 37.00028°N 93.63806°W / 37.00028; -93.63806 (37.000361, -93.638026).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km²), all of it land.
Marionville has a population of white squirrels, which is one of a handful of such populations in the United States. They can be seen in yards near the Ozarks Methodist Manor.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,113 people, 871 households and 562 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,525.6 people per square mile (586.9/km²). There were 993 housing units at an average density of 716.9 per square mile (275.8/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.11% White, 0.09% African American, 0.66% Native American, 0.38…

A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered that there are 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled had used a board in the last year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the locations of skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.

The most significant change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
