Manderson is a town in Big Horn County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 104 at the 2000 census. The town was originally called Alamo, but it was renamed in 1889 in honor of Charles F. Manderson, chief counsel for Burlington Railroad.
Manderson is located at 44°16′12″N 107°57′44″W / 44.269887°N 107.962285°W / 44.269887; -107.962285 (44.269887, -107.962285).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.9 square miles (2.3 km), of which, 0.8 square miles (2.2 km) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.2 km) of it (6.67%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 104 people, 44 households, and 27 families residing in the town. The population density was 123.5 people per square mile (47.8/km). There were 51 housing units at an average density of 60.5 per square mile (23.4/km). The racial makeup of the town was 92.31% White, 6.73% from other races, and 0.96% from two or more races.
