Hartly is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 74 at the 2010 census, making it the least populous municipality in Delaware.
Hartly is located at 39°10′07″N 75°42′46″W / 39.168485°N 75.712712°W / 39.168485; -75.712712.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.26 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 78 people, 25 households, and 21 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,345.9 people per square mile (501.9/km²). There were 31 housing units at an average density of 534.9 per square mile (199.5/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 91.03% White, 3.85% African American, 1.28% from other races, and 3.85% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.56% of the population.

Is the fear of falling keeping you from progressing? Learn all of the basics of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will teach you the principles of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Irrespective, of where you are at.. you can benefit from customized instruction to meet your current skill level.

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data discovered that there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a skateboard in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the developed generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
