Grand View is a city in Owyhee County, Idaho, United States. The population was 470 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Boise City–Nampa, Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Grand View is located at 42°59′5″N 116°5′36″W / 42.98472°N 116.09333°W / 42.98472; -116.09333 (42.984803, -116.093277).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km), of which, 0.6 square miles (1.6 km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km) of it (3.51%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 470 people, 187 households, and 126 families residing in the city. The population density was 856.7 people per square mile (329.9/km²). There were 228 housing units at an average density of 415.6 per square mile (160.1/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 92.77% White, 1.91% Native American, 4.04% from other races, and 1.28% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 16.60% of the population.

Study all of the fundamentals of skateboarding quickly in a one-week camp. We will teach you the principles of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your current skill level.

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data discovered there were 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a board in the last year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the locations of skate parks tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
