Fresno is a Brazilian emo band formed in Porto Alegre in 1999. Currently, members are Lucas Silveira (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Rodrigo Tavares (bass, backing vocal), Gustavo Mantovani (guitar) and Bell Ruschel (drums). Already have six albums, the most famous being “Revanche”.
Lucas, Gustavo, Leandro and Pedro were part of the student, and after a group meeting, had the idea to start a band so they could have fun doing covers of punk bands devoted.
The year was 1999. The day was December 4. The city, Porto Alegre. That day, the house of Pedro, it happened the first test of the band that would become “Democratas” and then “Fresno”.
In June 2000 the festival happen bands of the college, and it made a month earlier, the guris invite friends “Lezo” that touched down in the band and help them to make nice at the festival. It worked, and Bruno stayed in the band, now with the name of Democratas, already doing their own compositions and spreading over the Internet.

I have been skateboarding since around 2000 so I have about 20 years of skateboarding experience. I also held skateboarding sessions through MeetUp, a local community app, around the Fresno/Clovis area in California. I worked with new and regular skateboarders to learn new tricks, tighten old ones, and overall get more comfortable on a skateboard and at the parks. I have also maintained an interest in skateboarding by following several local skateboarders on social media and subscribing to channels on YouTube. These include Aaron Kyro’s Braille Skateboarding, Andy Schrock’s ReVive Skateboards, and my personal favorite, John Hill’s Progress Daily. In Fresno, CA, there is a park near Fashion Fair Mall where I like to conduct skateboarding lessons, called Cary Park at 4750 N. Fresno St. and once learners are more skilled and confident, I like to visit Lions Skatepark at 4650 N. Marks Ave. Safety pads are REQUIRED at all times, including helmets, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Can’t wait to see you out there!

Is the fear of falling keeping you from progressing? Understand all of the basic principles of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will show you the principles of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. In spite, of where you are at.. you can benefit from individualized instruction to meet your current skill level. Skateboarding is a leisure activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a skateboard in the last year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the coming years the skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality. The biggest change has been the developed generation bubble that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.   Fresno California skateboard lessons
