Frazer is located at 48°3′31″N 106°2′28″W / 48.05861°N 106.04111°W / 48.05861; -106.04111 (48.058522, -106.041061).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.4 km), of which, 1.7 square miles (4.4 km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km) of it (1.75%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 452 people, 115 households, and 96 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 269.3 people per square mile (103.9/km²). There were 122 housing units at an average density of 72.7 per square mile (28.0/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 7.08% White, 92.48% Native American, 0.22% from other races, and 0.22% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.44% of the population.
