Enumclaw /ˈiːnəmklɔː/ (US dict: ē′·nəm·klŏ) is a city in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 10,669 at the 2010 census.
The Enumclaw Plateau, on which the city resides, was formed by a volcanic mudflow (lahar) from Mount Rainier approximately 5,700 years ago.
The name Enumclaw is derived from a Salish Native American term that translates as “place of evil spirits”, apparently referring to Enumclaw Mountain, located about 6 miles (9.7 km) to the north, and referring either to some evil incident that occurred there or to the frequent powerful windstorms that affect the region. Skateboarding is a recreational activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data found there were 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled who had used a skateboard in the last year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the ensuing years the physical locations of skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the developed generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
